Here is what we are looking for: 

Trainees: 

• Dependable individuals willing to learn the window tint installation craft from the ground up. 
• No experience necessary 
• Must be a Senior in High School or College age 
• Self-Starter 
• Responsible 
• Comfortable speaking with Clients 
• Willing to learn how to sell
• This position starts at the basics and you will work your way up to a window tint installer in 1-2 years. 
• Part time position until trained to tint a full car alone ( and then go to full time) 
• Be ready to learn a skill that will change your life personally and financially

Experienced Window Tinter Installer  :

• 3 years min. experience
• Sales experience 
• 5 days a week full time position all year long
• Saturdays are mandatory 
• Closed Sundays
• Work well with other window tinters, we work as a team 

Here is what you can look forward to full time:

• Weekly Pay (every Saturday) 
• 40 hours a week plus overtime if desired 
• Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental after 30 days
• One week paid vacation with increasing vacation time after 2 years
• Tools paid for by the company
• No commission, you always get paid even if we don't have cars 
• Pay is determined by experience 
• Fast pace movement to mange you own location with Premier Tint Pros
